If you received unemployment benefits in 2022, the 1099-G form will be available in your Jobs4tn.gov account by January 31, 2023. You can access the form by visiting Unemployment Services and clicking on Form 1099-G Information. From here, you will be able to view the 2022 information as well as print off the form. Log into your Jobs4tn.gov account
Click on the "More Unemployment Services" option within the Unemployment Services section
Click on Form 1099-G Information
