During the required weekly certifications, claimants check-in with us regarding their week's job searches. Your certification screen will show services with the American Job Center or job searches that were done through Jobs4TN. If you did your work searches through other sources, you will manually enter the details. When manually entering jobs you've applied for, you'll be asked to include the job title and occupation, company and contact information, and how and when you reached out the employer.
For online applications, providing contact information may seem impossible. In those fields you can enter an explanation such as, "Not Applicable" or "Unavailable".
Be sure not to leave any required fields blank; which is always denoted with a red asterisk (*). Completing all information to the best of your ability is key to a valid work search.
