Do mobile AJCs partner with local organizations?

Absolutely! Our goal is to reach people and make them aware of our available services before they are in a position to really need assistance.

For instance, we often collaborate with schools and libraries. Partnering with schools, we are able to register high school seniors for work, provide them with job searching resources, lend information on post-secondary training through WIA, etc. With libraries, most of the smaller community branches are limited in space and resources. We are able to serve as an extension to their program by bringing additional computers, providing résumé writing classes, teaching basic computer skills.

Simply put: we're able to be a mobile support system.
