"Your certification this week cannot be processed as timely"

If your claim was approved and you have received your TAP Debit Card but no money has been deposited, most likely you have not fulfilled your weekly certification requirement

There are several of reasons why you are getting this error message:

  • Forgot to certify
  • Waited too long to certify (over a week)
  • Did not start certifying until you received your approval letter.
  • Did not know you were required to certify.

If you received this error message, submit a customer service ticket to our support service group and we will be able to assist with resuming the certification process.
