I did not update my profile.

Many claimants are being notified that their profile has been updated or changed. There are a couple of reasons for this but the most common is due to the spring update and the address in our old system not being an exact match on Jobs4TN, our new system.

Example: 123 W. Main St. in the old system now shows as 123 West Main Street within the new. While this is the same address but not an exact match, the system reads this an address change.
