Transitioning from TAP to Way2Go Debit Cards

Unemployment benefit payments are no longer being issued on your Chase TAP debit card. Xerox's new Way2Go Card® MasterCard has been mailed to each TAP cardholder. 

Note that the last payments on TAP cards was issued on Friday, July 8, 2016. Funds will not be transferred from Chase to your new Way2Go card. Furthermore, the first payments on Way2Go began Tuesday, July 12. 

    But wait; I still have money on my TAP Debit Card!

Claimants are advised to use the remaining funds on their Chase card within 30 days of the transition to the new card. After 30 days all card issues will need to be addressed directly with Chase at 1-866-429-9835 or online at www.MyAccount.Chase.com.

Use the Way2Go Card® mobile app (Apple Store | Google Play), GoProgram.com or call 1-855-462-5887 to activate your Card, create your PIN or get your available balance.

If you haven't received your Way2Go MasterCard, please contact Xerox customer service at 1-855-462-5887.

Lastly, to change your mailing address or order a new/replacement debit card, contact their customer service as well.

You may use your card anywhere MasterCard® is accepted, including online and for bill payments!
