If you disagree with a decision made on your claim, you have the right to file an appeal. You must file an appeal within 15 days of the date the decision was made on.
The agency recommends filing an appeal through your Unemployment Claimant e-Services account. To do so, log in to your e-Services account, and from the Summary screen select the Determinations, Appeals, and Benefit Details link.
From there, select the Appeal an Agency Decision link (located at the top of your computer or mobile device).
From there you will select the non-monetary determination you wish to appeal, provide a statement on why you are appealing, and then submit to the agency for review.
For alternative methods to filing an appeal, please see the additional instructions included on your determination letter.
