If you disagree with an Appeals Tribunal decision, you may seek additional recourse by filing an appeal to the Office of Administrative Review. You have 15 days from the mail date of your Appeals Tribunal decision letter to do so.
The agency recommends filing an appeal to the OAR through your Unemployment Claimant e-Services account. To do so, log in to your e-Services account, and from the Summary screen select the Determinations, Appeals, and Benefit Details link.
From there, select the Appeal an Appeals Tribunal Decision link (located at the top of your computer or mobile device).
From there you will select the Appeals Tribunal determination you wish to appeal, provide a statement on why you are appealing, and then submit to the agency for review.
For alternative methods to filing an appeal to the OAR, please see the additional instructions included on your Appeals Tribunal determination letter.
