Tennessee HiSET® State Administrator, Yvette Dixon, approves the 17-year-old overrides in the PSI portal. Answer the following questions to request an age waiver for a minor student to take the HiSET® exam. You will need to upload a completed copy of the HiSET® Recommendation for 17-year-old Student document that is signed by the superintendent/signatory.
Note: Students will need to take the waiver to the test center on the day of testing.
