- Private employers that pay employees once a month are required to pay wages no later than the 5th day of the following month
- Private employers that pay employees twice a month or more are required to pay:
A) All wages or compensation earned and unpaid for the 16th day through the last day of the month no later than the 20th day of the following month
B) All wages or compensation earned and unpaid for the 1st day through the 15th day of the month no later than the 5th day of the following month.
