Once the complaint is submitted the complaint will be routed to either the TN Department of Health or the TN Department of Labor and Workforce Development depending on the type of business establishment that the complaint is being filed against. A complaint may also be filed by calling 1-800-293-8228 and leaving a message including your call back number.
