If you suspect someone you know and/or one of your employees is working while drawing unemployment benefits, you may report this anonymously via the Employer e-Services landing page.
From the Employer e-Services landing page (do not log in to your e-Services account), locate the Report Fraud panel in the lower right corner and select the Employer Report Unemployment Insurance Fraud link.
