To be considered for mine foreman, an individual should have 1 year of surface experience for Surface Metal/NonMetal Mine Foreman, 3 years of underground experience for Underground Metal/NonMetal Mine Foreman, 2 years of surface experience for Coal Prep Plant, Auger, and Surface Mine Foreman, and 5 years of underground experience for Coal Underground Mine Foreman.
