In Tennessee, all high school equivalency (HSE) diploma records are managed by Diploma Sender. Diploma Sender is an internet-based service to accurately manage all student testing data in a secure and accessible environment.
Diploma Sender charges $20.00 per document. However, if you are a new test taker who has never requested these documents, the first Diploma and Transcript are free. Documents can be emailed or mailed. If you are requesting a document for a college or university, you must request for Diploma Sender to send it directly to them.
You may request a copy of your high school equivalency diploma or transcript by creating an account with Diploma Sender at diplomasender.com. Be sure you enter your information correctly, as this information will be reflected on your diploma. There is an additional fee of $33.40 for expedited documents. Third-party verifications cost $30.00 and require the record holder’s approval.
Please note credentials earned prior to 2002 are physically archived and will take longer to process.
