To respond to an unemployment claim filed against your company, please login to your Employer e-Services account and follow these steps:
· Locate the Fact-Finding Questionnaire on your Summary page (also under your Action Center). Each Fact-Finding Questionnaire on your account will list the employee/claimant who has filed a claim and listed you as their separating employer.
· Complete the Questionnaire, providing as much detail as possible concerning the claimant’s employment status/separation from your business.
Should the agency require additional information, they will reach out to you directly. Please be sure to keep your contact information up to date under your Employer e-Services account.
If you have missed the deadline to respond to a separation Fact-Finding request, the agency will issue a decision based on all available evidence.
