If a decision made on an unemployment claim results in a charge against your account, and you feel the employee awarded did not have an eligible separation from your company, you may submit a charge protest via your Employer e-Services account.
To file a Charge Protest:
1. Log in to your Employer e-Services account on jobs4TN.gov.
2. Click View Charge Statements in the Employer Information panel.
3. Click Additional Services Tab.
4. Scroll down and click File a Charge Protest in the Protests, Review and Redeterminations, and Appeals section.
