Your monetary determination letter contains all covered wages from all Tennessee employers in your twelve (12) month base period. The agency must request wages from all out-of-state employers and federal or military service before those wages can be added to your base period. If you still believe your base period is missing employers you have worked for in Tennessee, you may file a Wage Protest to begin an investigation into potential missing wages.
Wage Protest must be filed within 90 days of receiving your monetary-determination letter.
To file a Wage Protest, log in to your e-Services account and from the Summary screen select the Determinations, Appeals, and Benefit Details link.
From here, select the Additional Services tab, locate the Wage Protest panel, and select the link to File a Wage Protest.
