Depending on your employment/training status, you may be exempt from the job search requirement. Possible job search waiver reasons include:
· You are on a temporary layoff from work and have a return date within 10 weeks
· You are a member of a union hiring hall which finds work for you
· You are currently attending a state-approved training program
· You have sustained an injury after having been approved for unemployment and are unable to seek work
