If you are unable to locate the certification option on your Unemployment Claimant e-Services account, it may not be time for you to certify. Certifications are filed each week for the previous week. Therefore, you can certify for the last week on Sunday. Any pending certifications will be under your Action Center when logged into your e-Services account.
Another reason you may be unable to certify is that your claim is no longer active. For example, suppose you went over two weeks without filing a certification, or you reported earnings over your weekly benefit amount. In that case, your claim is no longer active, and you must re-file to begin certifying again.
