There is only ever one primary logon for a given customer.

Will this system allow us to file a "missed" report, at least through amendments or something?
Yes, you will be able to file delinquent quarters through the new system. You can file any reports that are needed through the system. There just won’t be a delinquent section like TNPAWS. In addition, even if a quarter is assessed a tax value, you can still file the late report, and policy will determine whether or not the report will override the assessed tax due.
Can you print a copy of the actual report?
You can print a summary of the wage report but not the actual report. (This may change in the future.)
What happens when we owe less than $5.00 in an unemployment quarterly tax return?

So, the point of this is merging what we used to do in SIDES and TNPAWS into one site?
This is the final step to fully modernizing Tennessee’s UI System.

Online payments are preferred and more secure, but you will have the option to pay by paper check.
Bank Information
Will banking information roll into the new system?
No banking information is being brought from TNPAWS into Employer e-Services. It will have to be reentered. Once reentered, you will be given the option to save it for future use.
Will the bank account info that is saved in TNTAP be communicated over to this TN SUI System?
TNTAP is not affiliated with TDLWD Employer e-Services. You will need to add payment account information on Employer e-Services separately from TNTAP.
Can you limit a third party from viewing your payment account information?
TPAs will not be able to view your (business) personal payment information.
Only users granted UI Tax Access will have access to bank account information saved in the system.
